All uploaded and processed files are stored in our AWS S3 infrastructure and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not permanently store your files.

If you choose to create an account, we collect:

• Name (if provided through OAuth providers like Google)
• Authentication tokens from third-party providers (Google, etc.)
• Account creation and last login timestamps

Creating an account is optional. Account creation allows you to access your processed files from multiple devices and persist your conversion history.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our service:

• Operating system
• Pages visited and features used
• Date and time of access
• Referring website addresses

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for:

6.1 Google Drive and Dropbox

When you choose to upload files from Google Drive or Dropbox, we access these services using OAuth authentication. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to read files you explicitly select for conversion.

We do not have access to your entire cloud storage. We only access files you explicitly select. All converted files are stored in FastConvert's AWS S3 infrastructure. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Dropbox's Privacy Policy.

6.2 Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how users interact with our service. This helps us improve functionality and user experience. Analytics data is collected in an anonymized and aggregated format.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Non predictable file naming for stored files
• Automated file deletion after 24 hours

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
